Storyline:From 1986 to 1991, the city of Hwaseong in rural South Korea was the backdrop to a series of murders in which ten young women were brutally raped and then strangled. To date, the killer could not be caught and, according to Korean law, expired in the murder after fifteen years, faces his legal inviolability. Storyline:Korea in the 1920s: The East Asian country is still divided, as it is known today, but for the Japanese occupying power governs with an iron hand.
