Storyline:In 1970, Freddie Mercury (Rami Malek) and his bandmates Brian May (Gwilym Lee), Roger Taylor (Ben Hardy) and John Deacon (Joseph Mazzello) found the band Queen. Soon the four men celebrate their first successes and soon produce hit after hit, but behind the fa├žade of the band it looks far less well: Freddie Mercury, whose real name is Farrokh Bulsara and comes from today's Tanzania, struggles with his inner turmoil and tries to come to terms with his homosexuality.
