Storyline:In a Parisian suburb riot prevails. On the following day, the three youngsters Vinz (Vincent Cassel), Saïd (Saïd Taghmaoui) and Hubert (Hubert Koundé) wander through the streets disoriented. After her friend Abdel was life-threateningly injured by the police in the nocturnal fighting between rioting youths, the hate in them seethes. In the process, the boys meet friends, repeatedly come into conflict with good and bad policemen, but most of the time, they proverbially wait for Godot. Each of the three main protagonists comes from one of the three formative fringe groups in today's France. Vinz is of Jewish descent and the powder keg of the group. Nor would he shy away from using a found firearm to avenge the possible death of Abdel. The Arab Saïd, with his good mood, plays over the fact that he has no future. Hubert appears as the most sensible and mature of the trio. As his state-subsidized boxing hall burns down, he realizes that there is only one way out for him. He desperately wants to escape from the violence spiral of his neighborhood.

Storyline:Actually, it should only be a relaxing winter vacation, but when Tony (Emmanuelle Bercot) is involved in a serious skiing accident, she must be taken to a rehab center with serious injuries. There she relies on the medical staff and painkillers to re-learn how to walk. During the tedious process, Tony has plenty of time to think about himself and her past life. Her thoughts revolve mainly around the past passionate relationship with the spirited Georgio (Vincent Cassel). Looking back on the time together, when she was exposed to increasingly stifling and destructive influences, Tony inevitably asks the question of who Georgio is and why she actually fell in love with him. Her brother Solal (Louis Garrel) clearly saw the bad influence that Georgio was - why was not she so clear?
