Storyline:Just before she can act as a maid of honor at the wedding of her longtime girlfriend, Eloise (Anne Kendrick) is commonly released from her duties by teddy bear Teddy (Wyatt Russell) - via text message. However, she does not want to be stopped by that, so Eloise decides to appear at the wedding with her head held high and make a good face. This is not made easy for her on the spot, because she is finally parked at a table in the far corner. There are other outsiders (Craig Robinson, June Squibb, Lisa Kudrow, Stephen Merchant and Tony Revolori), who would have better congratulated their greetings by postcard and the celebration would have stayed away. To make the most of the situation, the strangers share their secrets with each other, and Eloise realizes that friendship and perhaps even a small romance can arise even under the most adverse circumstances.
