Storyline:Tupac Shakur (Demetrius Shipp Jr.) grew up in New York City in the 1970s and 1980s, as a child of active members of the Black Panther movement, where he witnesses the unjust life of the black population between drugs and police arbitrariness. In the years following his move to the US West Coast, his life takes a drastic turn: as a rapper 2Pac, Shakur becomes a fixed star in the hip-hop sky in a short time and sells millions of records. But the fame also has its downsides and rivalries with other rappers, especially The Notorious B.I.G. (Jamal Woolard) and thus the competitive situation between the American East and West Coast scene threaten to escalate.
