Storyline:Menashe (Menashe Lustig) lives in the ultra-Orthodox Jewish community in Borough Park, Brooklyn. Months ago, his wife died and left him as a widower and his son Rieven (Ruben Niborski) as a half-orphan. The more time elapses, the more his religious community acts on Menashe and puts him before the choice: Either he seeks a new wife and marries a second time or he gives Rieven in the care of his brother-in-law Eizik (Yoel Wiesshaus). For tradition dictates that chadish children should not grow up in a household without a mother, which Eizik - a successful immobility businessman - will not tire of emphasizing Menashe. In addition, Rieven threatens to fly from school, Menashe should not meet the requirements. With the help of a coupler, he arranges some dates to help his son, but soon it becomes clear that Menashe can not easily start and forget.
