Storyline:Biopic about Apple co-founder Steve Jobs (Michael Fassbender). The life of the visionary, who died in 2011, is not treated from birth to death, but focuses on the events behind the scenes of three product presentations, the presentations by Macintosh (1984), NeXT (1988) and iMac (1988). The Mac goes back to the idea of creating and selling a computer for everyone. But soon there are first conflicts between Jobs and one of the other Apple founders, Steve Wozniak (Seth Rogen). Jobs gets nasty from the marketing boss of the Mac, Joanna Hoffman (Kate Winslet), and Apple CEO John Sculley (Jeff Daniels) fights for power. Professionally, the equally authoritative as well as visionary jobs experience some turbulence - and also privately. So he initially refuses to recognize his daughter Lisa (Makenzie Moss), which he has with ex-girlfriend Chrisann Brenna (Katherine Waterston) ... The film is based on "Steve Jobs. The Authorized Biography of the Apple Founder "by Walter Isaacson, which appeared in 2011.
